Ajit’s duties included executing the intricacies of all company internal and external reporting associated with SOX compliance and GAAP. He was also charged with maximizing returns on the company’s financial assets and establishing financial policies, procedures and reporting systems. In addition to managing all financial elements of the company, Ajit played a central role in the development and deployment of location strategies to improve sales and efficiencies throughout the plant. Direct implementation of these actionable solutions resulted in combined savings and profit increases quantified in millions of dollars.

 

Ajit currently consults for several multimillion dollar companies. He is responsible for compiling and reporting financial statements, implementing budgets, internal controls, and assisting in managing day-to-day operations. He is also working with clients to expand their businesses to India. His fluency in three languages has already allowed the firm to expand both here and abroad.
